Biography:

Loren Kroeker, CA is the Vice President of Taxation Services with MNP. As the leader of MNP’s tax group, Loren oversees all areas of the firm’s tax practice. He specializes in international taxation and assisting companies in minimizing their overall global effective tax rate through the use of tax efficient structures.

With over 17 years of experience, Loren has extensive expertise in resolving complex taxation issues. Currently, Loren focuses primarily on cross-border transactions and the structuring of public offerings. He has worked in a variety of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, and technology.

A proud community supporter, Loren is a member and former board member of Ocean Industries B.C. and has served on the board of the Share Family & Community Services Society. Loren earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993 and his Certified Public Accountant designation (U.S.) in 1995. He has facilitated tax courses with MNP and completed international speaking engagements related to cross border planning.
